Melody Jane Dolls Houses wants you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 30 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please read this policy completely before returning an item. Please always include a note with your return including your name and return address.
All of our products are eligible to be returned except for the following non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require you to contact us prior to returning the item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Dollhouses that have been built and deconstructed
* Products that have been opened and the packages and/or box torn
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Regular and sales items may be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Cambrian, Bryn Rd, Towyn, DEN, LL22 9HN, United Kingdom.
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cambrian, Bryn Rd, Towyn, DEN, LL22 9HN, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for items not received unless we are out of stock of that item.
Where an item is lost during delivery we will dispatch a replacement product following confirmation from you that you have made some simple checks with your local Royal Mail delivery office.
If you have received an incorrect product please accept our sincere apologies and let us know as soon as possible by email or telephone. Please describe the product you have received so that we can correct our stock holdings and avoid another buyer being disappointed.
We will arrange to send a replacement as soon as possible and a free post returns label for the unwanted item.
Please advise us if your item is faulty via the returns section in your account or by email within 14 days of receipt at our discretion we may arrange a replacement or refund.
All replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Items ordered after the 15th November as gifts can be returned at any time until the 31st January.
