At Melody Jane Dolls Houses, we understand that sometimes things can change. That's why we're happy to offer a hassle-free return policy for our UK customers.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us for free within 28 days,

provided the product has not been used, remains in its original packaging, and is in a resalable condition.

*Gift cards are excluded from our returns policy.
* Dolls Houses/basements are not included in this policy due to their weight and size.

Returning your items to us is easy and you have three options to choose from:
ParcelShop drop off -
Drop off your return at over 7,000 convenient locations based in local shops
Print your label at a ParcelShop or at home

Locker drop off
You can just drop off your return at over 3,000 convenient locker locations.
Print your label in a locker or home

Courier collection
Your friendly local courier will collect your return with our door-to-door service.

Collections 8 am-8 pm, up to 7 days in advance
