UK Delivery Information

For standard delivery within the UK, we now use Evri Next Day Delivery, this service is 
Monday to Friday only, any orders placed after 1 PM GMT on a Friday will be processed
and sent on the following Monday. 

Please be aware the following postcodes will be two-day delivery:
AB, BT, CA, certain postcodes beginning CB4 0, CV35 7 & CV8 1, DD, DG9, EH, FK,
G83, G84, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, LN5 0, LN6 9, ME10, ME9 7, NE66 - NE71, OX18 3,
PA, PH, TD & ZE. 

All orders placed before 1 PM will be processed and sent on the same day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email
with your tracking number, please find below links for you to track your order:

Please be aware there may not be an update for 12 hours.

Please note, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to RAF bases.

We can send your order via Royal Mail if requested, please note we will inform you of the prices
and the service for you to choose which service would be best for you and the additional cost
will be payable by you.

Please be aware all Australian orders are now being sent by Royal Mail due to an issue
with all other courier services. This will be a standard international service that might
not have specific tracking. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like your order 
to be sent by another courier via express delivery please contact us for a quote.

Please be aware we cannot ship express orders to a PO box
delivery address, please ensure you add an alternative address to your order,
or we will need to send you an email which will delay your order being dispatched.

Cancellations


If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched,
please email us at support@melodyjane.com as soon as possible.

If we are unable to cancel your order because it has already left us and
if you would still like to cancel your order, please refer to our return
address below.

If you have received a broken or faulty item different return conditions apply.

  • Please ensure all returned items are still within their original packaging and in an unused condition and wrapped securely to send back to us.
  • You can cancel the Contract except for any Goods which are made to your special requirements by telling us no later than 30 calendar days
    from the day the Contract was entered into.
  • You must return to any of our return premises at your own expense, we don't offer a free return label service.
  • Returns will be processed within 2 days of us receiving them in the UK and 5 days abroad.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if there is an issue with the original payment method please let us know.
