      Competition Terms & Conditions

      These terms are set out in accordance with any competition that may be promoted by Melody Jane Dolls Houses

      1. The Promoter, Melody Jane Dolls House, is registered in England, Company No. 09073233 with it's office located at Melody Jane Dolls Houses LTD, Cambrian, Bryn Road, Towyn, Abergele, Conwy, LL22 9HN
      2. Employees of Melody Jane Dolls Houses or their family members or anyone connected in part with the competition shall not be permitted to win.
      3. No purchase is necessary and no entry fee.
      4. All competition information can be found on our page here
      5. Closing dates for entries are listed in the original competition post. No entries will be permitted after this date.
      6. No responsibility is placed upon Melody Jane Dolls Houses for entries not received.
      7. Only valid likes/shares/comments will be permitted on original competition post. No likes/shares/comments are permitted on likes on shares, or shares of shares etc as these cannot be verified or counted.
      8. All rules for competitions are listed on the Facebook page and post, unless otherwise specified.
      9. The promoter, reserves the right to cancel and/or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. However, any changes to competitions will be to entrants when and if possible.
      10. All prizes are accurate and time of posting.
      11. No cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another or equivalent value without giving prior notice.
      12. All winners are chosen at random. 
      13. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
      14. The promoter, Melody Jane Dolls Houses, will contact winners via Facebook.
      15. All physical prizes are shipped via Evri, DHL or Parcel2go.
      16. By entering the competition the entrant is in agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party.
      18. This promotion is in no way, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter or any other.
