Q: Where can you deliver orders?
A: We deliver anywhere in the World.
Q: What is your delivery policy?
A: We dispatch all orders paid for by 1 pm, the same day Monday to Friday
Once your order has been dispatched we will send an email to your email address to confirm that your order is on its way.
European customers please enter your telephone number as some delivery services require one.
We have a 100% Stock policy which means you will not be able to order an item that is out of stock but you can ask to be notified when it is back in stock.
A re-delivery charge may be applied in the event that an order is non-deliverable and is returned to us. Please ensure that your address and postcode are complete and correct at the time of ordering.
Shortages We can only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package as soon as you receive it.
Customer unavailable to accept delivery. Where a customer is unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard letterbox it will be taken back to the Royal Mail Local Delivery/Sorting Office (Not the Post Office) to await collection, or the equivalent in your country. Orders are placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for collecting the item from the delivery company office.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: All our Parcels are collected from us by Royal Mail every weekday and taken directly to a main Royal Mail mail centre for processing.
You will be advised by email when your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail services have a target delivery of 1 to 5 days in the UK but packets can take longer, International Mail have a target of 7 to 14 days but can take longer.
We cannot ask Royal Mail to investigate your missing UK parcel or make a claim for them until 15 working days have passed from the date of dispatch, International Mail 28 working days from the date of dispatch.
Q: What should I do if my order does not arrive when expected?

Q: I have not had a response to my message?
A: All emails and messages are monitored throughout the day and we try respond to every message as soon as possible during the week. Messages received at the weekend may take a little longer. Please make sure that you have provided the correct email address on your Melody Jane Dolls Houses account.
Q: I've received other items ordered after yours?
A: This is not unusual. Royal Mail routes mail differently depending on its origination and destination locations. Packets can also be mis-routed resulting in items being 'lost' for many days. Please be assured your order will arrive.
Q: What are your Business Hours?
A: Business Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays vary.
